Over the past few meetings there has been a lot of discussion about the effectiveness of the street sweeper swooping alone at speed down the middle of the roads on the Eastern Hill. Even though it is a very noisy solution, the Manly Community Forum is grateful that there is now a guy on the blower clearing the gutters of all the leaves and litter ahead of the street sweeper.
